I am in-network with select insurance plans under the Optum umbrella (UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, Oxford, etc.) as well as Aetna, and I offer a limited number of insurance-based openings. You can check your in-network coverage through Alma here.

I also provide superbills for clients using out-of-network benefits and am happy to help you navigate your options.

I work with adults, both individually and in relationships.

My rate for individual therapy is $200/session, and for couples is $225/session

I do not currently offer sliding scale rates; however, I am happy to refer you to practices with counseling interns or limited permit holders whose rates are lower than those of licensed psychotherapists.

I do not offer biweekly sessions when beginning work with a client because it is important for the therapy process to be able to meet weekly. However, should the treatment show progress, and if you express a desire to gradually reduce therapy sessions, we can explore transitioning to a biweekly schedule. If that is the case then we would also set a termination date for sessions.

Individual sessions are 45-minutes long. Couples sessions are 50-minutes long.

Engaging in therapy is an investment in your personal well-being. Regular weekly attendance is integral to this commitment. However, I understand that life happens! If you find it necessary to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or instances of no-shows will incur a cancellation fee.

I’m happy to reschedule our session as long as my schedule allows it. I require 12+ hours notice if you’d like to reschedule a session. Please know that I cannot always accommodate reschedules, so it’s best to let me know 24+ hours in advance in case we must cancel.
